Cette formation est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir ou réviser Scrum, que ce soit individuellement ou en équipe. Elle s’adresse à :

  • Des professionnels rejoignant une équipe Scrum
  • Ceux qui souhaitent travailler avec des équipes Scrum sans l’utiliser directement
  • Des équipes apprenant à utiliser Scrum ensemble
  • Des organisations qui envisagent de mettre en place Scrum prochainement

Elle prépare également à des formations plus avancées (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.). Le cours est adapté à tous les secteurs et est particulièrement utile pour ceux travaillant sur des problèmes complexes.

Après la formation APS, vous recevrez un mot de passe pour tenter l’examen Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). Pour obtenir la certification, vous devez obtenir au moins 85%. Si vous échouez dans les 14 jours, vous bénéficierez d’une seconde tentative gratuite pour pouvoir repasser l’examen.

De plus, une réduction est accordée sur l’examen PSM II après la réussite du PSM I.
